Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back for a refund. These are the conditions:

You need to notify Tinsel within 14 days of receiving the goods
The jewellery must be in its original condition, in its original packaging
Once the goods have been checked your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method
The refund excludes shipping costs
